How to claim guarantee service?+
Go to Support page & submit ticket with serial number & battery issue.
I forgot my password, what to do?+
Use the Reset Password option on login page to receive recovery link on email.
Does guarantee transfer to new owner?+
Yes. The guarantee stays active on battery serial even if ownership changes.
