Summary of rules that apply when you buy and use Extended Warranty from TOTO BATTERY.
1. Nature of Service
- TOTO BATTERY provides extended warranty and support services for E-rickshaw batteries.
- We are not a bank or NBFC and do not provide loans or EMI services.
- We act as a facilitator for battery testing, claim assistance and replacement support.
2. Plan Activation
- Warranty plan is activated only after full payment and verification of battery serial number.
- Incorrect or fake details may lead to cancellation of warranty.
3. Claims & Inspection
- All claims are subject to technician inspection and report.
- Decision on repair/replacement is based on technical findings and policy rules.
- You can claim for battery only after 60 days from the date of plan activation.

4. Refund Policy
- Once services (verification/contact/processing) have started, plan fees are typically non-refundable.
- Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of TOTO BATTERY.
